PRICING POLICY

All prices are shown in DANISH KRONE on the website. The prices do not include delivery charges. (more to be added) 

PAYMENT

We accept payment by card or bank transfer. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after you have placed your order.  Mette lindberg will let you know if the item is out of stock and the shipping therefore will be delayed.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. I will send your order as soon as possible, but I can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

(to be added) Europe. 

International orders will be delivered within 1-20 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. The shipping time will depend on your location.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

I accept returns and offer you 14 days of return from the date on your receipt. Please contact me via email (hi@justyna.dk) if you would like to make a return. Items must be returned in same condition as when received. The return shipping cost will be payed by the costumer. Once we have received the item and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.

GUARANTEE

Please contact me via email(hi@justyna.dk) with your order number, images of the defects and a description, if you would like to complain.

PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information is stored in connection with use of the website and webshop will be treated with care. The information we store will not be sold or used for any purpose other than to make sure you get the best possible service. For security reasons, no payment information is kept in our database.
